At PremTech, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Refund & Return Policy below.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of purchase or delivery.
  • To be eligible for a return, the product must:
    • Be in its original condition.
    • Be returned with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and included items.
    • Show no signs of misuse, damage, alteration, or installation that could affect its condition.

Products returned without their original packaging or that are not in their original condition may not qualify for a refund or exchange.

Refunds

Once your returned product has been received, it will undergo a thorough inspection and testing process.

Refunds will only be approved if:

  • The product has been successfully tested and examined by our team.
  • The product is confirmed to be in its original condition.
  • The product is returned in its original packaging with all included accessories.

If the returned product does not meet these requirements, the refund request may be declined, and the product may be returned to the customer.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible. Please allow a reasonable processing period after approval for the refund to reflect.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless they are faulty or defective:

  • Products returned after the 7-day return period.
  • Products that have been used, damaged, modified, or improperly handled.
  • Products missing original packaging, accessories, manuals, or components.

Faulty or Incorrect Products

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and supporting photographs where applicable. We will assess the issue and work with you to resolve it promptly.
